Tigers Experience of Kake Da Hotel - CP

The Entrance is the main Kitchen with lovely Peetal ke bartan - they have limited dishes which is what i like - looked messy and greasy but thats the  way a dhaba is . Monday night was crowded , fast turn around, grab your table concept , grab your waiter ,be fast in ordering or the waiter flies off , just the place to visit three drinks down and craving for authentic Dhaba Food. You have options of ordering full dishes and also per plate and also only gravies - we went for per plate to sample everything and it was worth it .

What u see on the right is Butter chicken then chicken curry and then aloo gobi  and low on the righ is the hotest selling dish - the Saag Meat , which actaully is delicious

The Most Expensive Dish - Pyaaz with home made orignal Masala and chutney - Delicious . Relished every string of Onions just like i wud be eating caviar LOL - This probaly was the most spicy dish .

The Saag Meat - Yummy - filled with Desi Ghee , if u love desi ghee then this is the dish to die for - tasted awesome with hot tandoori rotis .... the meat was well cooked and the flavors were droooling

The Chicken Curry - Abs original with khada masala- i love thse dhaba type chicken curries the flavour is so oringinal no one can copy for sure . Look at the size and cut of the chicken it was huge .

The Butter chicken - well im sure its not their forte but on public demand they have it on their menu - Yes its almost there - chicken nicely cooked - the main gravy is buttery and quite like the original - slightly sour . The one below is a leg piece .The chicken was cooked in the gravy .

Daal Makhni another forced on dish on the menu - very avoidable

Tigers Experience of Blue Door Cafe

The Blue Door Cafe - Khan Market - Owned Managed by the very Talented Raman Verma . Who is actually a man who runs a Security Agency called cols Security  , now this is what i call following one's passion - he inherited this property and launched two business's Passage Art which his wife manages and the Blue Door cafe .  BTW Raman is inspired by Nigella so u can imagine the portions and the quality of ingredients he uses .

Soothing , with a array of lively colours to greet you , blue personally is my favorite , brings a smile to my face , makes me feel light headed , reminds of the beautiful ocean with deep blue waters . The interiors are beautifully decorated with paintings from famous artist which is a pleasure to the eye .

Seating a bit cramped with the plastic chairs - im petrified of sitting on them LOL . But nice colors which go with the interiors perfectly .

The Menu - Breakfast to Breads to salads to Mains of Burgers , chops  to savoury crepes Soups , pastas u name it the cafe menu had it . Risotto and Sandwiches too . The menu is a bit clustered and filled with goodies on both sides . U definitely get confused . So the solution is go back again .

The Smoothies -when my turn came to order a smoothie my only instructions to the man was - give me something which im not allowed to have at home and he got me a Chocolate Molten Ice - actually a shake . Was kindof heavy lol but sinful  - other enjoyed their Berry Berry

The Burgers - As my fellow foodies on the table said " Fantastic  as per them the patty was well formed - no herbs to kill the flavor of the meat - the bun nice and fresh m the salad served along with it abs fresh and rightly seasoned - The Fries  trust me the best i have had in a long time

I can see the DRoooooooll !!!!   Yes mouth Watering and belive my friend insisted to have the burger the burger way which is take the damn burger in both your hands and just dig in with everything spilling to the sides LOL , quite a sight but thats the way to do it to a Burger .

The Pork chops - Slightly let down by the cut of the meat - very tough pieces but i guess cud  be my bad day - the sauce was interesting mushroom and pepper - ejoyed the mash potatoes .

The Crepes- after a bit of a burger , a bit of the pork chops and yes a bit of the risotto and a hand full of Chips - there came the crepes ooooooo - i love the honey almond crepe - im not very fond of chocolate .
Nicely done soft with just a perfect layer of covering .

A Perfect cafe Experience - going back for Breakfast , The Savory crepes , The Deserts , The waffles and yes yes THE BURGERS . The team is Super the chefs are well trained , the servers are well informed - so overall a great experience at The Blue Door Cafe .
Before entering TBDC had this thing about Cafe Food - they all tasted the same But i was proved wrong Average pricing would be aorund 1100 per person .
