Dude Food is easy to find, bang opposite Venky on the Satya Niketan road mext to Dk . See this awesome peppy signage amongst 40 other eateries on this road - all calling out to the students of three institutions on the other side of the road .. this is South Campus version of K Nags from the north campus - total hangout of DUDE's , Bro's , Bhai's, bebes etc etc . I went to this area after real long time and was impressed with eateries there , truly amazing . Anyways on the door of Dude Food I see this hunk on the door way of Dude Food 6 ft tall lean dark shades short hair tattoos on display , he knows he is being checked out by the chics ... I walk upto him and he greets me with a smile says Hi Bro - Im Addy - (he owns the place ) and we go like Wow yeh toh studd hai bhai ,addy this place looks cool can we go in and check it out. We enter and the buzz hits us - laptop bags , nikars, chappals ,loose t shirts with slogans , and soem well dressed studds too , some mean eaters ..... feels great to be at the right place for a pig out session.
Colors , Lights , Cameras , Shakes catch your eye , beautiful colored chairs , amazing graffiti to summarize all aspects of an ambiance which makes the place Dude ish for sure- you can feel the BUZZ of Youth , the spirit of teens .... suddenly i dropped my age by 20 years hahhahahahaha . Im sure all must be saying sala budda uncle aa gaya or they muct be saying chadi jawani budde nu or they must be saying Man this guys a real dude check him out - i prefer the third option for sure . Anything to feel young . Very peppy comfortable hangout - serviced by a young team .
As per knowledge , research Dude Food is the Comfort food of the Youth - and the logic is that they can burn it out unlike people like me who take atleast two weeks to digest a butter toast . hahahahah Or let me put it this way not for people who live monitored lives wink wink u got my point essentially those married hahhahahahaha.
Hire a thief to catch a thief wala funda lagaya hai .. Chef Gaurav a dude himself - understand what the Youth wants and caters to them awesomely .

I am so very impressed by a couple of facts - restaurant with small covers are hiring qualified chefs to run the kitchens - it is indeed impressive ; Young chefs are taking the onus of running kitchens independently which is a huge task - when they are much aware of the fact that they are the back bone of the establishment . Gaurav cud pass away as just another gen x kid on the block - a real dude . Graduated in Hotel Management from IP university worked all over at the Taj Oberoi etc and now living his dream at Dude Food . Why is this his dream hmmmmm the dude can experiment , he can mingle with the crowd well , he understands what this generation is looking for , his boss gives him enuf space to experiment .He understands , he experiments with different combinations , he tries and then he delivers DUDE Food to the dudes. The kitchen - awesome space utilization - clean - ventilated ..... see the smiling faces of the crew - it says it all . BTW they have a hidden chef called Sumit Goyal also who irritates the daylight of the chef by coming up with wacko dishes ... he loves to experiment as per the pulse of the youth he is catering to ... love his enthu spirit , saw him clearing tables , taking orders , jumping in and out of the kitchen with just one objective deliver the best ,.
Before you go ahead a bit on what Dude Ingredients are : Bacon , Cheese , Butter , Fries and Alrge Portions America is flooded with Truck Invasion who only serve Dude Food ... Rich finger Licking food which we all Love at home on the streets ......

Simple chicken sausages wrapped in bacon soaked in home made bar b q sauce ... finger licking exercise. Yum khata meetha chatpata sauce ketchupy.... awesome .. perfect cocktail snack . Honestly speaking dishes that are easy to understand get a better audience , people want food which taste awesome , wholesome thats it .

The Only Adult dish in the menu - Drunken chicken lollies soaked in my all time fav Old Monk - and then topped also with baba jee . chicken lollies shallow fried wrapped in the bar b q sauce mixed with some healthy veggies tooo hahahahahahaha. Khao yaar daro mat , koi nahi delh raha hai.

Kick ass burger dude..... mutton patties nice n juicy , fried egg with a bursting yolk , A friend of mine went to a newly launched burger place , ate and came back said to me yaar maza nahi aya - i asked why - he says yaar the burger didn have layers and it had no side mein maal .... hahahahahah boss come here to get the layers dripping cheese and side mein pickled veggies a new thingy and potato wedges - aur kya mangta bhai..... The basic construct f the burger was lovely very eye appealing ..... I was being the agnrez cut the burger into two and then handheld the dam dude burger and did justice to it ... on the side didn like the raw onions part in it - u know i cud have got lucky also ahem ahem
The Dish below was new for me ..... and i just loved it !!!

This is what the first time i ever tried this combo of Fries and Meat sauce - it was mind blowing. In Amsterdam i tried fries and mayo and that flavor still lingers my mouth - hot fat fries and fresh mayo .. the same taste wit more innovation came to me after years .... you can eat the fries individually or eat this as a dish in totallity - dude this dish rocks ... f** ing awesome . The Dips were just what i would eat at home .... chupke chupke .. the dish is simple easy to understand limited flavors supported by the crazy dips what else do u want in life . crisp fries awesome meat sauce what a combo .

The Dish goes like this a 12inch plate - 1st layer Mac n cheese 2nd layer bolognaise meat sauce 3rd layer french fires ,4th layer sausages , 5th layer ham slices , 6th layer fried egg topped with bacon ,nah nah don't give up there's more to this killer item a singe patty chicken burger hahahahahahahahaha boss , i looked at it and laughed .. trust me i didnt venture to eat it but saw this lovey duvy couple sitting behind trying to kill it but but they obiviously cudn and got it packed for nehru park i guess - sitting under a tree trying to finish the doggy bag hahah how romantic can that be - they did it and u know what happened they fell asleep .. total klpd hahahhahahahaah
Totally lethal dish -But this dish is the most poplar with the crowd - as you can see two of them sat down to eat this but cudn finish it ... Bro if you are killer hungry simply order is Garbage plate - u will blow not only ur mind but your tummy too.

Chef Gauravs favorite dish - the deep dish Chicago style pizza .... he recommends this to you only f he wants to take revenge and u still dont look satisfied with his dude food hahahahahaha . Nah nah he is too humble a bloke to think that a way . The Chicago Pizza at dude food is a multi layered pizza starting from the thin crust , a layer of mozzarella cheese slices , bologainse meat sauce and then a repeat of the same sequence .. so at the end of it when u take a slice to eat its ooooozing down with cheese and sauce ..... so mouth watering but watch it its fkg hot dude , chill a bit and then diggin.

Remember that song killing me softly - well there was no softly in this dude it was lethal and hard care - a fried mars bar in tempura covering with cold ice cream dude its the ultimate killer to a great meal ... the crunch the softness the garam thanda experience is too cool .

Tigers Overall Experience at Dude Food.
So dude i had a wonderful meal at Dude Foods - tho i keep telling my self im not in a a hurry to go back but the youth in me is pulling me back soon ... Would like to congratulate the men behind this concept - they had the balls to make people realise that you really need to LIVE TO EAT .
They have some wacko promotions running al the time to engage wit the youth - the last one i heard was come burn your ex which was a hit ..... you had to write the name of ex on paper and burn the paper to get rid of them .
Food : Wholesome, Makes You Greedy , hot , over filling .. basic ... ps if u care a fk about your weight etc please do me a favor dont go there and insult the dude food.
Service : Wonderful Friendly prompt.
Ambiance : Electric , New Age , Radioactive, chill out , smells like teen spirit .
Going back again - yes next week . Wife's away on holiday hahahahaha..
If u r below 21 please go to Dude food everyday
If between 21 and 28 once a week is good
if above 28 .... once a fortnight is perfect or rather amust becos u might get married anytime
40 + Once a month , when spouse is out of town .
