Tigers Experience at TRES


One of the most sought after places to eat in delhi run and managed by yet the most sought after chefs of delhi - Jattin  Julia and they have a new kid on the block Abhimanyu .
Nice to see Lodhi colony getting eateries like Tres.

 From an experience point of view super parking ,great reservation system ,comfortable seating ,lively ambiance ,perfect crowd of well mannered people ,nicely defined menu,easy to read and understand , well educated staff ,super choice of meats & alcohol .
And the most important is the comfort the team gives you while u eat is amazing - the interactive experience is what really matters nowadays and Tres gives its customers  the best experience.

Loved these Murgi's so original . 


Well calculated tables so that you dont rub elbows and have enuf space for the food to be placed. My Personal preference is eating outside opp the kitchen , while the chefs are in action dishing out fab European cuisines - the buzz of the kitchen excites my taste buds  



The Breads for while you wait - fresh ,good variety and nice virgin oil to dip into - try my best to resist , avoid filling my stomach with these but what to do - the hands just cant get of the breads and we end up eating the full basket LOL .


The Bell Pepper Rissotto Feta and spagetti of vegetables..with corn and leek sauce to go with it - I love the tinge of the bell peppers - perfectly made dish



Wild Mushroom and Truffle Oil Risotto - My favorite -Arborio rice cooked with porcini, Morels, flavored in truffle oil and served with stuffed morels - i speak for my self Im a risotto freak if its italian it has to be a risotto for me to understand the chefs hand - and trust me Abhimnayu on the console did a great job - perfect wine , just right cheese and delicious mushrooms.



Fresh Greens Salad a must for me with every meal - use to wonder what can u really do to a fresh green salad - a lot . Crisp veggies makie all the difference - but please eat it while the crispyness is still there - let it rest its a waste. 






Spinach roulade stuffed cream cheese and sun dried tomato. served with roasted bell pepper and walnut sauce - to be honest i didn eat but just tasted it - to see what does a waqlnut sauce taste like - well all i can say is that the entire dish merged together superbly and ended up eating one portion .



Tenderloin  Steak served with red onion puree, mash potatoes, confit of vegetables and green pepper sauce - i normally ask for a medium well done - and then i judge the steak by the amount of struggle i need to do to cut through the meat - smooth as silk as i wud say it . The combination of the confit veggies and red onion puree worked fabulously -   Iike and i wil go back for it . Sorry forgot to mention the all time fav mash potatoes witht he sauce tasted yum .


Ok Experience Time :

Ambiance : Nice comfortable , good music , no kitchen smells .
Seating - Could be more comfortable but chalega otherwise will be sitting and eating all day 
Service - Attentive , Educated staff , Great response time .. chef on attendance wow
Food - Tres has managed to crack good vendors for sure hence the meat the veggies are perfect .looking forward to a new menu 
Money : Work on a 1000 per head which awesome .

Ps : Someone take me back there.
