ROYAL CHINA Happened - Decided to give them another chance - without any preconceived notion , bias ,allergies ,past etc - booked landed up . Attended promptly, seated promptly,order taken instantly - the velocity of the food arriving to the table amazing , staff's awareness of what was being served excellent - and mind you all this while Aashita Did not know that we there, though i asked for her and they said she was nt around , which was good .... The food - we went for the Fixed Dim SUm Lunch - what stood out was the miniature spareribs, the sticky rice with mushrooms, amongst the dimsums - the pork once's were really good - my observation - why do all prawn dimsums taste the same ,maybe the chef needs to add some flavors in them for the punjabi palate - whether with corriander or otherwise ; why was the same pork filling used in three different dimsums, even tho it was delicious - the chicken/pork dimsums were outstanding they had there own juice and flavor . But But the Fried rice and the Noodles were just delicious - by then i spotted ashita and went upto her and introduce myself LOl hahahahah . To end it all the Steamed Chinese style cake really took the cake , had a great meal on christmas , long ,relaxed and delicous .So totally redeemed . Asshita Please connect with me - i have a grudge on the billing - 1950+Plus taxes includes unlimited dimsums and sparkling wine - grt ( what about people who dont drink - my son is under 18 and doesnot drink , my wife gets high on water ) the bill clearly says and shows Food and Beverages separtely - so why cant you have differential pricing .. shall see back there again but this time for the ala carte as you guys have done justice to the Dimsum craving for a bit now LOL
