Tigers Experience of Beliram Degchi wala- Jangpura

- Did a home delivery from BeliRam Degchiwala - Jangpura - they have a lot of history behind their cooking apparently they originated from Lahore and went on under the reign of maharaja Ranjeet Singh and was popular for their Beliram Ka Ghost . Anyway we ordered soem food homre Half Butter chicken , Half Belliram special Chicken , a kalli daal , roomali and butter tandoori rotis - all for 890 not bad. The Beliram special chicken was very nice and different - the chicken version of a rara meat - with keema etc , the BC - well really awesome flavor - but lacked the texture - it was a well spun gravy in a mixie surprisingly the chicken was well cooked - light tandoori - the rotis pyaz were nice - certainly worth a try and my next ordering is pure mutton and kebabs .
