Lets get our fundas right :What is Bubble Tea

Bubble Tea is a drink made with our original blend of tea and natural flavors served over sweet and chewy pearls. These pearls also known as “bobas” and are made from tapioca starch(Saboodana)  and taste faintly like caramel-flavored Jell-O. We give you a big and fat straw so that you can enjoy your drink and chew your pearls. A healthier version of a smoothie; bubble tea is low in sugar and calories!

The process goes like this - choose your flavor (Blue Berry , Mango , Cherry etc ) Choose how you want it with curshed ice or pearl milk , chose the tea green or black ; choose size -regular or large and then choose your addons - whipped cream or jelly - average cost of this Rs.95/-   

I had the Blue Berry flavor regular - Light Yes ,Less Sweet , the taste and feeling of chewing on pearl bubbles saboodana funny lol - not bad at all , a new concept for India 

Nice Slik counter - small lil hang out - books etc lying around for effects . Believe it does well in the evevning . I was there for a meeting so objective was different .

The have a crazy cafe menu - starters like the one below Honey Crispy Aloo LOL guess its the most popular dish in the country - with capsicum - quite bad i wud say - had no dash of honey like the original Punjabi Chinese dish . Nevertheless my veg partner loved it and eats it regularly LOL

The Chicken Club was very nice - i loved the brown bread the chicken and some special cocktail sauce they use - definitely worth it . The fries were masal mar ke yet again not bad .

They Have Pizza /Salads/Burgers/ Sandwiches /Subs/ Pastas/Biryani /Riri piir Chicken/ Platters and Deserts - not bad for a Cafe menu - well researched to the Desi Palate . Well i opeted for the chicken Club Sandwich - Grilled pepper chicken with Fired Egg and cole salw in a special sauce . Haan that reminds me its not cheap eh they serve tops ketchup instead of the regular maggi or heinz - Tops is like pumpkin sauce with pepper - wonder why they are doing this . Im a ketchup lover and to me the brand n quality is utmost important - yes they culd have said its some Spanish homemade version of ketchup lol .

 Quesadilla - vegetarian served with salsa and sour cream . Not bad melted cheese and veggies stuffed in flour rotis  ooops sorry tortillas.  Quite nice except the sour cream missed the boat . 

Overall Tigers Experience : 

Not bad at all for a Cafe in Janakpuri - they have a well researched menu - soem amazing unexpected dishes on the menu which  is admirable . Will go back as often as i as visit cafes .Will it last in in India - hmmmmm yes it will but not only on the bubble tea concept - with its food Yes they will do well .

Ambiance : cosy , hang out for the Gen X  

Seating : Tight yet ok ok 

VFm - Rs.550 for all the above 

Food : Not Bad at all
