Setz - the one time hero - many Kithcens , Expat Chefs , huge seating area ,child freindly , pocket friendly .
Biryani rules / Cornfed chicken/ Sea Bass - portions small / presentation gone down , chicken hard to cut - informed chef . New York cheese cake in Orange flavor , isnt it supposed to be lemon ? The entrance of Setz being made into shops - so narrow alley to the restaurant - bisnis is biznis LOL

Converastion between Us and Setz at 9.15 last night
Us : Hi is that Setz
Setz : Welcome to Setz , may I help ?
Us : Yes please we need to make a reservation for 7 for 10.15 pm
Setz : Sorry we don’t take reservations beyond 8.30
Us : So can we walk in and we would get a table ?
Setz : Cant confirm
Us : So do u recommend , we come or not ?
Setz : Upto you , take a chance .
Us: Mam we are driving in from def col , celebrating a friends occasion, so why cant you take a booking ? Being a Tuesday we are sure all tables are not occupied .
Setz : As said earlier , we cant guarantee
The Point is – Tuesday a dull day all over , why is the restaurant not happy taking a booking? Why don’t they welcome a group of 7 – its business . Eventually went there and there were only two tables taken , the entire restaurant was empty . This happens at most places , whatsthe logic ?
Why do restaurants do this , why cant they simply please come we shall be delighted
